Take time to breathe.
Take time to read.

Take time to follow.
Let Thy Lord lead.

Allow your thoughts,
time to think.

Allow your eyes,
time to blink.

Be still and know that I am God.
Eliminate chaos.
Institute calm.

Be still and know that I am God.
Study thy word,
and the 46th Psalm.
