-Thou shalt respect your body. I Corinthians 6:19-20-Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God and you are not your own? For you were bought with a price; therefore, glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s. Psalm 139:14 (CEV)-I praise You because of the wonderful way You have created me.
-Thou shalt not give in to temptation. 1 Corinthians 10:13-No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape that you may be able to bear it. Hebrews 2:18-For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted.
-Thou shalt eat in moderation. Joel 2:26-You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied and praise the name of the Lord your God, who has dealt wondrously with you; and my people shall never be put to shame.

And I know that I will not be ashamed. Galatians 6:9 (NIV) Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time, we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.

-Thou shalt not be condemned when you mess up and have a bad day. Romans 8:1-There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. Lamentations 3:22-23-Through the Lord’s mercies, we are not consumed because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning….
-Thou shalt have patience while on this journey. Philippians 1:6-Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.
-Thou shalt not think or say negative things about your body. Proverbs 6:2-You are snared by the words of your mouth; you are taken by the words of your mouth. Psalm 141:3-Set a guard, O Lord, over my mouth; keep watch over the door of my lips. Proverbs 23:7-As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.
