The world is not going to do your work-out for you, nor your nutrition… (such a bummer, right)! If you want something, it is up to you. But that is a good thing, because if it were left to someone or something else to do, oh my, what if they failed? When it is left to US, we get to design our lives. Success is 100% intentional! It is also 100% “you can do it“. Believe and achieve is what I always say.
Therefore, the believing and actual achieving, well it is up to you. Yours is anyway. Mine is actually up to me.
Have you ever heard someone say … whether you believe you can or you can’t … you’re right? I know I have and I think there is great truth in that statement. When my daughter was younger, if she ever said to me “I don’t think I can do this” I would respond with “well, you’re probably right then“. She never appreciated that sentiment but now that she is a wee bit older, it clicks!
The picture above is of me standing under a bridge this past weekend. The bridge was beautiful and it was a bright, hot day. I had walked down a trail to get some pictures. Standing under the bridge was a nice respite ~ if ever so brief ~ from the intense bolstering sun. I was surrounded by beauty. So after a quick rest, I continued on my mission. What was my mission, you ask? To get pictures. My only tools were my iPhone, my eye and my energy. This slideshow below contains some of the pictures I captured.

So get up, get busy and go after your mission. Go armed with your belief and you are half way there. Rest when you need such. Then get up again.
