Unfiltered apple cider vinegar is a super substance, a true health tonic made from apples and yeast to produce a fermented concoction that does a variety of wonders for our health. In addition to its beneficial enzyme and probiotic content,  the process yields acetic acid, a healthy acid that has an alkaline effect.
