Where To Start?
People write me all the time asking me ‘how do I get started‘ and ‘where do I begin?’ Everyone has different motivations … sometimes if you keep waiting for a lightning bolt to hit, you’ll just always be waiting. Sometimes we have to ‘fake it til we make it‘. Don’t try to change your whole life in one day. Stop hating your body. Your body is beautiful, whether it is where you want it to be or not. Start with self love. Decide you are worth it. Pick one habit to change, just one. Don’t worry about your whole diet or exercise regime. Just pick something to eliminate – ditch one bad habit and replace it with a good one. Tackle that habit, get it good and down pat – then do another.

If you’re still overwhelmed with where to start … promise yourself 10 minutes of intentional walking/movement a day for 10 days … and with that … promise yourself 8 glasses of 8 ounces of water every day for 10 days. Just start with that. Hope this helps.
